We use SingPost for international shipping. Customers can estimate and request for specific shipping method via email.
Additional shipping charges will be billed seperately via email.
Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) is not available for international customers.
Returns
All goods sold are non returnable unless there are manufacturing defects.
Soundwaves Multimedia provides 7 days 1 to 1 exchange for goods with manufacturing defects subject to stock availability.
All products comes with 1 year warranty. Manufacturers may offer a longer period of warranty. Soundwaves Multimedia will repair minor problems during the period of warranty. Products will have to be returned to manufacturers for major servicing. Customers must bear the cost of shipping for all return to manufacturers.
