The uniqueness of this unit is in the dynamics. A world of different subtle break up is available at the guitar volume knob. It cleans up so fast at the guitar most people leave it on all the time and work the guitar volume for everything they need. The knob is there for a bias adjustment -- Hot biased or trimmed to original signal strength. If you're the type of player who digs rolling off at the guitar, this is the pedal you want. Very crystal clear and raw, uncompressed tone. This is the Billy Gibbons tone or early Hendrix sound. Depending on how you set the unit and the controls at your guitar.

The COT50 has one knob that adjusts the bias of the transistor. This knob will make some noise when you adjust. The old Dallas Rangemasters did the same thing. Set the bias knob for the sweet spot, adjust the volume knob on your guitar to clean or dirty your signal. The 50 will push your amp! The pedal is "on" as long as you have a cable plugged into the input jack, so make sure to unplug the cable when it is not in use to conserve battery life. Carbon Batteries sound best to Sean, but you can try alkaline to see which you like best.

Some of the best tones in this box come by simply adjusting your volume and tone at the guitar.

There are a lot of different shades of gain in this box and it sounds great with any guitar / amp combination.

Overdrive, Treble Booster and Clean Booster Pedal

The Lovepedal Eternity can be 3 pedals in one - Overdrive, Treble Booster and Clean booster - depending on where you set the dials. You can also blend these 3 factors. It has a socketed IC so you can swap out different ICs (extra ICs are not included.). Darker tones brighter tones, etc. Unorthodox tone control. It's a treble boost instead of a normal tone control.

It is a very smooth type of OD. It can go from nothing at all to sounding like a very warm vintage overdriven tube amp or a clean flat booster or a treble booster even a tweed amp.

With the treble boost all the way off, it is warmer than most tube amps. 

The Eternity Overdrive always stays true to what's coming out of your guitar so you never turn into the pedal. No matter how hard you drive it. It also breaks up the harder you dig into the strings, which is priceless.

Vibe Pedal

True bypass, small footprint, huge sound...

The MOST ACCURATE and righteous Uni-Vibe sounds to be had in a package this size. Half the size of the next largest authentic sounding Vibe pedal. This is not a copy of the Uni-Vibe circuit, but rather a unique approach to generating those same lush swirling tones. Speed control on the outside with a large knob so you can turn it with your foot, intensity trim pot on the inside. The trim is a very sensitive adjustment, but once you get it dialed in to taste it's set it and forget it.

The whole point of this unit is simplicity... Lovepedal wanted to create some type of vibish movement like the uni-vibe without cloning the actual uni-vibe circuit and it had to run off a 9 volt battery.. The uni-vibe circuit has already been done very well in the Mojo and Deja vibe units that are currently on the market... Why do what has already been done?

The result is the right size, sound and price for this unit as is.. This is unique because??

Many people that want this type of sound, hardly ever use it enough to warrant the extras...

To add more features like AC tap LED status, external depth control would triple the time per build and price... Even just adding an AC tap just wouldn't be worth it... So, Lovepedal concentrated on sound, size, price and simplicity...

Operation:

This unit utilizes a mechanical true-bypass switching system.. ALWAYS engage then disengage the bypass switch before operation to avoid a loud popping noise at first. It only happens once at fire up so make sure you do this to discharge the capacitors in the circuit.

There are 2 adjustments with this unit. The external adjustment is the speed control, which is intentionally THE biggest knob Lovepedal could find, so you can adjust the speed of the unit with your foot at any time. The other control is inside. It's blue, it is a trimmer pot that you can turn to make the vibe swing different, become brighter or have more throb, suck. You can even make it all go away or have just a touch of vibe. Find something you like...

Mid 60's Blackface Preamp Pedal

Reminiscent of the mid 60's Blackface Fender era..

Specifically a Blackface Super on 6.

It was some time in 1979 when one of the "big guys" showed me how to dial in that Fender or Music Man amp that always seemed to be on stage where ever you played: "Easy" he said. "It's the magic six". Volume to 6, Treble to 6, Middle to 3 and Bass to 2 (6, 6, and 3x2=6). Bright should be on, reverb set for two and master volume (if one) set so that you can be heard above the drums without drenching the vocals. "The rest of the knobs you can just ignore" because no one used tremolo in late 70's and the footswitch was always disappeared… The effect was almost like having the key to Holy Grail - I have to admit that he was right and I joined the Magical Six Choir.

 Octave Planet

Octave planet is a very warm octave up low gain Ring Modulator

Ring Mod sounds are available when playing chords or open stings with this unit.

There are so many good sounds you can squeeze outta this baby it must be played to Believe….

Some of the best tones in this box come from running it IN FRONT of an overdrive instead of after a drive unit. Heavier tones become present with it after an Overdrive or Fuzz. Running the unit by itself can produce a Sitar like effect while rolling the vol. knob on the guitar back in either the neck or bridge position.

I like to use this in front of the COT 50 very Hendrix like tones

It also sounds very different, smoother, more octave plus gain after the Eternity Overdrive . 
The possibilities are endless with this unit.. Enjoy my friends……….
